Joe Fenech l-Għasfur is an improvised folk singer. He hails from Marsa and is currently inactive. Fenech deserves more merit for his folksinging abilities. He has folk sung in the truer version of improvised verse, featuring only two folksingers, with Fredu Micallef Il-Kampjun.
