Janice Spagnol Tal-Kelba is a folk music guitarist from Żejtun. Born on the 1 June 1993, she grew up in a folk musician's family, her father being Żeppi Spagnol Il-Kelba. She has folk sung a duet with Frans Baldacchino il-Budaj.
