In 2003 took part in the Musical ''Jien... Bint l-Imħabba'' written by [[George Peresso]] with music by [[Jesmond Zerafa]].


She grew up in the southern town of [[Żabbar]]. Graziana is able to sing in Maltese, English and Italian.
In 2004 and 2005, she placed second in [[L-Għanja tal-Poplu]] with the songs ''Madre Tereża'', written by [[Josette Ellul]], and ''Għaċ-Ċkejkna'' by [[Walter Micallef]] respectively.


In 2003 took part in the Muscical [['Jien...Bint l-Imħabba]] written by [[George Peresso]] and music by [[Jesmond Zerafa]].
In September 2005, she took part in the first edition of international festival [[Canzoni dal Mondo]] held in Salerno, Italy. She placed 2nd best singer with a song from the musical ''Phantom of the Opera'', and best lyrics with [[Tutto Quello]] written by [[Joe Julian Farrugia]] and music by [[Sammy Galea]].


In 2004 and 2005, she placed second in the annual Festival [[Il-Għanja tal-Poplu]] with the songs [[Madre Tereza]], written by [[Josette Ellul]], and [[Għaċ-Ċkejkna]] by [[Walter Micallef]] and placed 2nd.
In 2006, she took part in the [[Konkors Kanzunetta Indipendenza]] with ''Għanjet L-Imġarrba'' composed by [[Andrew Zahra]] and written by [[Deo Grech]]. She also released her first album, entitled [[Graziana's First Collection]] with sixteen tracks, twelve of which are in Maltese. Besides singing in different hotels around the island, Graziana works as a hairdresser.


In September 2005, she took part in the first Edition of an International festival held in Salerno named as [[Canzioni dal Mondo]],where she placed 2nd as a best singer with the song from the opera phantom of the opera, and best lyrics with [[Tutto Quello]] written by [[Joe Julian Farrugia]] and music by [[Sammy Galea]].
In 2012 she joined [[Fuse Box]] as a lead singer, a band specialising in Funk, Blues, Rock, Atmospheric and more.


In 2006, she took part in the [[Konkors Kanżunetta Indipendenża]] with [['Għanjet L-Imġarrba']] composed by [[Andrew Zahra]] and written by [[Deo Grech]].
In July 2016, Graziana was a finalist in [[L-Għanja tal-Poplu 2006]] – (Festival Kanzunetta Maltija) in a duet with [[Neville Refalo]]  ''Id-Dieher'', lyrics and music by [[Augusto Cardinali]].


In 2006, she released her first album, entitled [[Graziana's first collection]], that included sixteen tracks, twelve of which are in her native tongue.
In September 2016, she played the part of a nun in 'Il-Perit', a musical about [[Dom Mintoff]] by [[Brian Bonnici]] and [[Dominic Cini]] held at the [[Temi Zammit Hall]] in [[l-Imsida]].

On 19 September, 2019 Graziana with her band [[Dbanned]] was one of the finalist in the 28 Edition of [[Konkors Kanzunetta Indipendenza 2019]] held at [[Pieta]] near [[Dar Ċentrali]] with the song 'Strument Bla Ħoss' lyrics by [[Emil Calleja Bayliss]] and music by herself and place 4th.


In 2012 she joined with the band Fuse Box as a lead singer, a band which played different style in music such as Funk, Blues, Rock, Atmoshperic and anything that is music.
In July 2016 Graziana Victoria took part in the [[L-Għanja tal-Poplu 2006]] – (Festival Kanzunetta Maltija) with a duet with [[Neville Refalo]]  ''Id-Dieher'' lyricist and music composed by [[Augusto Cardinali]] they passed from the Semi-Final held on Thursday 7 July, 2016 and passed for the Final Night held on Saturday 9 July, 2016 with this song.

Graziana Victoria Axisa (born 8 September 1986) is a singer from Ħaż-Żabbar, Malta.
