Fredu Micallef il-Kampjun
was an improvised verse folk singer from Birkirkara. Amongst others, Micallef folk sang with Frenċu Cassar ta' Gradenz and Żeppi Ellul ta' Fellusu. He has folk sung in the truer version of improvised verse, featuring only two folksingers, with Joe Fenech l-Għasfur.
Micallef passed away in the Eighties.
