Mro. Francesco Bellizzi twieled il-Valletta fl-1891. Wara li ħalla lis-Surmast Ġiużeppe Vitaliti ġie avviċinat biex jidderieġi l-każin tal-banda fl-1928, iżda ma tantx għandhom raġuni aħħar raġunijiet famlijari u għax kien direttur tal-orkestra tal-Ammirall.
Wara li l-banda għaddiet taħt Ciappara, fin-nuqqas ta’ dan id-direttur kompla jidderieġi l-każin tal-banda. Kien ukoll assistent direttur tas-Soċjeta Filarmonika San Ġorġ Bormla ta’ Bormla. Idderieġiet diversi opri kemm fit-Teatru Rjali kif ukoll Teatri oħra madwar Malta.
Miet fl-Isptar San Luqa miet fil-25 ta’ Ġunju 1956 fl-età ta’ 65. Għall-funeral tiegħu pparteċipat u standard id-delegazzjoni tal-Kumitat.
