Ekklesia Sisters

Ekklesia Sisters is a singing group formed by the following singers Michaela Paris Sr., Magdalene Cauchi Sr., Denise Darmanin Sr., Rita Agius Sr., Claudia Mallia Sr., and Monica Vella Sr..

They are all part of the Ursuline Sister’s St Angela Choir which is made up of 18 Sisters who together released 2 CD Album in 2010 and 2012, GĦALLIMNI NĦOBBOK and ĦUDNI F’IDEJK, the majority of the songs having been written by the Sisters themselves.

Ekklesia was formed specifically for the Sisters’ entry for this year’s Malta Eurovision Song Festival 2014.

On 21 November, 2014 Ekklesia Sister taken part in they first experience in the semi-final of the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2015, with the song Love And Let Go, and they made it to the Final held at the Marsa Shipbuilding on Saturday 22 November, 2014 with the last sixteen song. They placed at the seventh place with 23 points.
