Edwin Borg-Manché is a manager and IT consultant for a consulting firm in Melbourne and a Maltese community leader in Melbourne, Australia. He is also an Honorary Consul for Malta in Victoria.

Edwin graduated as a Doctor of Laws (LL.D) from the University of Malta in 1979. He resided in Gżira, Malta until 1982, then migrated to Melbourne, Australia. He graduated with a Diploma in Business, majoring in Accounting, from Deakin University, Melbourne in 1990. Having practiced law for 12 years in Australia, he now works as a manager and IT consultant for a consulting firm in Melbourne.

Community Involvement

Edwin’s involvement with the Maltese community in Melbourne goes back to 1999. He held the position of Vice President of the Maltese Community Council of Victoria from 1999 to 2002. Currently, he is the Public Relations Officer of the Maltese Community Council of Victoria and he has developed and is the web master of the MCCV website. He is also the Editor of MCCV News

Edwin was also a keynote speaker at the 2010 Convention of Maltese Living Abroad held in Malta. He is currently the web master for the Federation of Maltese Living Abroad website.
