Edward Mifsud born at St Luke’s Hospital at Pieta on 14 January, 1992. And he lives in Pembroke. Edward is a keyboardist, concert pianist, composer and music educator. He He is currently the keyboardist of local progressive metal band Twenty-Six Other-Worlds and of Desi Campbell’s band Brown Sugar.

As a session musician, he has worked with various pop, rock, hip-hop, jazz and heavy metal artists. Edward is also the musical director of a local youth choir, the Salesian Worship Team, comprised of around 35 young musicians and choristers.

He was also musical director for a number of productions that include Gaetano Kanta: Mill-Balluta sax-Chalet (2013) and Anon (2013).

Edward obtained ALCM and DipLCM Pianoforte diplomas under the tutorage of Ms. Amelia Calleja and a B.A. (Hons.) degree from the University of Malta in Music Composition under the tutorage of Mro. John Galea.

Edward is the co-composer of Closed Doors, Chris Grech’s entry to the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2015.
