Duminku Rotin Tal-Isqof was an improvised verse folk singer from Tarxien. A stevedore and amateur boxer, he passed away in February 1956, a year prior to the known introduction of magnetic tape recorders at folksinging sessions. Therefore his verses only remain, hitherto, remembered by enthusiasts who followed his performances.
