Domenique Azzopardi born on the 7th of April 1995 had always loved the singing talent. She began taking lessons and analyzing the technique of the voice with the Maltese singer and teacher Phyllisienne Brincat when she was 4 years old.

The talent of singing helped her to overcome her weaken shell. Domenique states that singing was the best therapy,to prevail over this weakness. Among the teachers that she learned from, we can find the Maltese singer and teacher Priscilla Psaila. Among the foreign teachers, we find the famous SLS teacher Joshua Alamu.

Domenique gained success and awards inside the island of Malta and also in foreign countries like Tunis,Italy, and Romania. She had the opportunity to record several songs in Germany with the company 'Jupiter Records' led by the famous Ralph Siegel and also inside Vienna with the author and composer Mathias Strasser.

In her mother country she gained many experiences. Amongst them, we find the huge success that she made when she entered up to the semi-final of the 'Malta Eurovision Song Contest' when she was only 15 years old and recently placing in the 3rd position at the 'Konkors Kanzunetta Indipendenza 2012'.

Currently, Domenique is the new addition in the famous Maltese programme 'Sibtek' where she is the one of the resident singer.

She believes that the road of success is appreciated only when you have tasted the bitter side of the career, and also in keeping your feet on the ground.
