Denise Spiteri (born 24 October 1994) is a singer who grew up in Kerċem, Gozo. She is currently studying at the University of Malta and is in the second year B.Sc. course (Hons.) Mathematics, Banking and Finance.

She has been taking vocal lessons for the past ten years and has certified Grade 6 with Trinity College London under the direction of renowned soprano Gillian Zammit. At the same time, she took also piano lessons.

In 2009 she was part of a children's choir, under the direction of Gillian Zammit, which accompanied the Joseph Calleja and Michael Bolton concert. In recent years has took a specialized course in Musical Theatre at the Arts Educational Schools London; a school with a history of students which includes international artists Catherine Zeta Jones, Samantha Barks, Julie Andrews, Danielle Hope and Sarah Brightman.

In 2010 she was part of a Noyes's Fludde production by the Manoel Theatre Drama Troupe and last November she played a major part in original musical Dun Ġorġ. Denise also sang in several operas at Astra Theatre in Victoria Gozo.

Last January she was part of the choir which sang the Laudate Pueri at the Basilica of St. Peter in the Vatican during the Pope Francis Epiphany Mass.

On 15 March 2014, Denise took part in the 38th Edition of the Festival L-Għanja Tal-Poplu with song Pupa, words and music by Mark Laurence Zammit
