Debbie Stivala (born 7 April 1985) is a Maltese singer who first appeared on the local scene in 2012 as DeBee.

She made her solo debut with the song Just Like You, which she co-wrote with Wayne Camilleri, who also plays guitar on the recording of the song, which he co-produced with Peter Paul Galea and Peter Borg. Chris Curmi from Airport Impressions plays bass on the recording,which was mixed by Peter Borg at Railway Studios in June 2012. The song was featured on Toni Sant's 317th Mużika Mod Ieħor podcast on Saturday 19 October 2012.

Previously, Debbie Stivala could be heard as the backing female voice on KOI's Tears in Your Eyes, released in 2010.

In 2014 on 7 th and 8 th February in the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2014 De Bee made it to the Final with the song 'Pin The Middle' with her she got Loredana Grech, Annalise Bellizzi as vocals, and Sheryl Camilleri on the guitar and Odelsie Camilleri on the violin, she placed in the second place with 46 points, in her first apprerance in the Festival, after Firelight who win the Festival with total of 63 points.
