David Cassar Torreggiani (born 23 March 1967) is a Maltese guitarist and songwriter from is-Swieqi.

He has been active on the Maltese music scene since the 1980s, when he first appeared with the band Structure.

Since the 1990s, he has been most active through the bands Scar and Elder Water

In 2014 he co-wrote the song Closed Doors for Chris Grech to participate in the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2015. It was shortlisted with the 48 songs in the preliminary round and progressed to the top 20 for the semi-final.
