Damaged & Co

Damaged & Co. It will not be far from the truth to state that a band is the result of the synergy created by individuals, with different tastes and backgrounds, merging to form a single unit. Damaged & Co. are no exception.

The members forming the band come from different social backgrounds and are influenced by different styles of music. The single common ingredient is the love for metal and heavy-handed music. Damaged & Co. come across as a strange kind of breed, hard to pigeonhole, thus their style of metal can vary according to the song that one is listening to. Most probably Melodic Metal will be the term best fitting.

Whoever is familiar with the metal/rock scene in Malta knows how difficult it is to keep an act together. Bands keep coming together and fizzling out due to various reasons. Damaged & Co. started out when Theo Torrisi and Ehren Fenech ([1]Decline the Fall) joined forces and formed “Kill o’Clock”. The project, which started off as a duo, gained momentum and soon enough they decided to expand the circle and form a band.

Known for their stage antics, use of props and costumes, Damaged & Co. always sets the bar higher to deliver a fun filled performance, engaging the crowd's interaction.

Damaged & Co. had their first taste of performing outside their country in 2019 when they were invited to take part in Sbam Fest III Edizione at Torino, Italy. In January 2020 the band signed with Hades Management.

After releasing two singles and a self-titled EP (2011), the band has finalized recording their debut album at SpineSplitter Studio and worked with renowned producer Matt Hyde (Slipknot, Trivium, As I Lay Dying, The Raven Age) on mixing and mastering, which will be released on Feb 11th 2023.

Gigs

Damaged & Co. made their live debut in an event organised by Rejects ‘Malice in Wonderland’ on Friday, 13 April 2018 at The Garage, in Ħaż-Żebbuġ. The band will be sharing the stage with other local and foreign bands.

In October 2018, Damaged & Co. emerged as winners of a battle of the bands organised by Rebels MC.

On 18 May 2019 the band made its international debut by performing at “SbamFest III Edizione” at Torino, Italy.

In January 2020 the band signed with Hades Management.

After the pandemic, Damaged & Co. hit the stage again in October 2021, for the annual Halloween Massacre Event at The Garage, following with appearances in 2022 at the “City Theatre” in Valletta, another show overseas, this time at the “Legend Club” in Milan and closing off the summer at the Farsons Great Beer Festival in August.
