Corinna Baldacchino was born on 4 September 1987 in Malta. She lived in some different places, grow up at Żabbar, then moved to Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq, San Pawl, Mellieħa and now lives in Msida.

Her stage name is Corinna. She is graduated as a Physics teacher, and now she have been teaching for since 2010. In here free time, Corinna like to do, photo modelling, drawing and singing.

Singing has always been a part of her life. However, when she was young, she was really shy and never had the courage to sing in front of people. At the age of 16 she started working as a singer accompanied by a pianist in various hotels.

Singing different cover versions, it was during this time that she gained more confidence. After several years playing in different hotels, Corinna wanted to try something different and so she started writing her own songs and that is how everything started.

She first contacted Dj Toby and after he heard her sing, they discussed what kind of music she got in her mind. My first song release on September 2011 was Someone New. This was immediately a hit and she received many positive comments about it.

It was played on various local radio stations and was also in Bay’s top 10 for several weeks, where it was ranked as one of the best songs.

Corrina was also nominated to take part in the Bay Music Awards 2011 which was an amazing experience, as it was her first time to perform in front of such a large audience.

Following this, in January 2012 she released the song Safe and in September of the same year was released the song Battle of Wills which were both played on radio stations. The latter also did very well and she was nominated again for the Bay Music Awards 2012.

The song Battle of Wills was also chosen to take part in the Eurodanceweb competition, where it was competing against other countries. Corinna was surprised and very pleased that her song was chosen to represent Malta.

From time to time Corinna was involved in several modeling photoshoots, for fashion magazines.

Her latest song release Summer 2013 is called Not Losing It All featuring Dj Toby and Andrew Pullicino. The song is also being played on various local radio stations. It is also doing well and highly positioned in the PRS Malta charts.

The message of the song is that you should never give up and run away from what you believe in, just because someone tries to put obstacles in your way. Singing is what I’ve always wanted to do. Therefore, she intend to keep releasing other songs so as to achieve her dream.
