Template:Clean Clinton Paul (born 20 February 1983) is a electronic pop singer-songwriter from Malta.

He began his career writing songs for other singers to compete in various festivals including Malta Song for Europe, Konkors Kanzunetta Indipendenza, Malta International Hit Song Contest, Fl-Għaqda l-Melodija, L-Għanja tal-Maltin, Roma Music Festival, and Universong among others.

From 2010 he began singing some of his own songs and achieved national attention with Badass Soldier. That same year he also released Madhouse, which had a video produced by iSPY Media Production House just like Badass Soldier, and the Maltese language song Superman.

He initiated his career writing songs for other singers... In 2010 he released his debut single "Badass Soldier"... Achieved national fame and stirred controversy with his androgoneous Electro-Pop style... And the rest is history!

His videos on the web have caught the eyes of many, including Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Denmark, Ireland, Trinidad and Tobago, Egypt, United States and many more.

December 19th 2011 saw the release of Clinton Paul's first ever solo album entitled "I Know Who I Am Now". Six singles were released from this album, namely "Rebellion", "RRR", "Robot", "Hey Mr. Mickey Mouse", "Fake" and "Fashionista". This album was recorded at Freetime Productions (Malta) and mastered by Tube Mastering (London).

The single "Robot" entered Malta's Top 100 at number 94. It later managed to climb to position 81. The album "I Know Who I Am Now" peaked at number 5 in its first week of sales at D'Amato Records Shop in Valletta.

After releasing his 6th single from the "I Know Who I Am Now" debut album on May 4th 2012 - i.e. "Fashionista" - and promoting it on various TV programmes and events throughout the Summer, Clinton Paul was already thinking ahead. He was already writing new material for his 2nd Studio Album. In fact, the first single was released Thursday September 19th of the same year, with the name of "Blackout".

When one listens to "Blackout", one can agree that the sound is typically a Clinton Paul sound. However, the track is quite mature and flirty when compared to its predecessors. The song also introduced a new sound, and that is - Dupstep. Swedish blogger Bjorn Nordlund gave a great review of "Blackout" stating that it takes him to the time when the synthesizer ruled the music scene and the future of pop was electronic.

With preparations in due course to finish and release his upcoming 2nd Studio Album set for a June 2013 release, Clinton Paul found time to work on a very special Christmassy track. "I love Christmas". I am nearly 30 but always become a little kid again when December comes. It's totally crazy. My new song "Christmas Eve" has always been in the back of my mind and finally it's out there for people to hear and also to download. This new single was released Saturday 1st December. It is available for download from various download internet portals and is also being played on various radio stations. An innovative move was that this song was released through an interactive calendar called "December Interactive".

February 20th 2013, Clinton Paul released the next two singles off his 2nd record with the names of "Birthday" and '"Amazing". Both songs were distributed to local radio stations, as well as got played on international airwaves such as those of Melbourne's Radio 3ZZZ and ScatterRadio.

Most of his songs have promotional music videos, produced by Evolution Media. On 8 May 2013, Clinton Paul released a for the "Blackout". This is his seventh music video. A video for the song "Amazing", his eighth, was released on Saturday 22 June 2013. This video was filmed at San Antonio Hotel & Spa the previous month.

On May 8th 2013 Clinton Paul released his 7th music video, that for his single "Blackout" that will be included in his forthcoming second studio album out June 19th of the same year. The concept of the music video is an Asian one, and there are some very interesting looks within this music clip. The video shows that even if you are going through a very tough time, You must never give up. The darkness is needed to see the stars... And the stars mean HOPE. Blackout was once again shot and produced by Evolution Media, who already worked with Clinton Paul on two more music videos, namely "Robot" and "Christmas Eve".

On 19 June 2013 he released his second studio album, "Unbreakable", both as a CD available through D'Amato Record Shop in Valletta and a digital download from iTunes and other mainstream online sources. This album was produced between August 2012 and May 2013 and features 10 tracks. The album includes three previously released singles: "Blackout", "Birthday" and "Amazing".
