Clean-up Needed

The text currently on this page needs further work. It was most likely imported or reproduced from a website associated with the subject of the page - possibly through a process involving far-from-perfect machine translation, often with awkward results. It is awaiting the attention of an experienced M3P editor, which could be you. It may be slightly out of date, or may need other elements taken care of appropriately, including proofreading or copy-editing for grammar and style.

In 2012 he had the opportunity to go for a volunteering experience in Africa and from there he found a special love for Africa’s warm heart, vast customs, traditions, simple and a community based life. In 2014, during his 10 month experience in Africa, Alan together with a good friend of his, Andrew Camilleri, started a small organisation called ‘Join hands for Africa Foundation’.

The Join Hands for Africa Foundation is a non-profit, secular organisation, focused on starting and maintaining long term educational projects in East African countries. Their aim is to reach out to the many needs faced by both individual and communal educational entities, paving the way for a brighter future for everyone involved.

In 2018, Alan is participating for the first time at the festival L-Għanja tal-Poplu 2018 with his song L-Immigrant which he co-wrote with Andrew Vella.
