Ġanni Azzopardi l-Qamar was an improvised verse folk singer from Żejtun. In 1969 he folk sang at Buskett with seasoned performers Mikiel Abela l-Bambinu and Fredu Abela ż-Żejtuni during the Mnarja festival. More of his recordings are being sought for archival purposes.
