Jason Seguna In-Nekus was born on 5th November 1972. He hails from Żebbuġ, Malta and is know for singing the improvised verse model.
His favourite folksingers are Ninu Galea Il-Kalora and Żaren Mifsud Ta' Vestru. A regular performer at Għanafest, Seguna was also secretary of the folksinger's society Kadenzi, founded by Ġorġ Mifsud Chircop. In 2003, he sung these verses at the New Year's Bar in Żebbuġ.
