	The College is organised in such a way so as to ensure that it adopts a long-term vision and that it is proactive rather than reactive in anticipating change. 	The ultimate responsibility for the College lies with the Maltese Dominican Provincial Council. The Council’s representative for College affairs is the Rector, who oversees the running and development of the College. The executive leadership, management and administration of the College is the responsibility of the Headteacher, who is assisted by a Deputy Headteacher with responsibilities for the Junior School and two Deputy Headteachers for the Senior School, with responsibilities for Curriculum matters and for Pastoral Care respectively. An Inclusion Coordinator also works as part of the Senior Leadership team focusing on this key area in the school’s short and long-term development. 	Our College uniform was introduced some years ago after a process of consultation and deliberation within the Parent-Teacher Association. The new uniform reflects our ethos – that of a school where the student’s well being comes first and foremost. It is a modern smart-casual uniform that offers the student unprecedented levels of comfort and flexibility while at the same time, retaining a stylish appearance.		Our College uniform was introduced some years ago after a process of consultation and deliberation within the Parent-Teacher Association. The new uniform reflects our ethos – that of a school where the student’s well being comes first and foremost. It is a modern smart-casual uniform that offers the student unprecedented levels of comfort and flexibility while at the same time, retaining a stylish appearance.
