	Having literally sprung into the public eye with their bouncy and compelling live performances, local punk rockers [[Cable 35]] have built up quite a loyal following. Following their recent whirlwind tour of the British mainland, which if their MySpace site is anything to go by, was a blast, they holed up at [[David Vella]] at [[Temple Studios]] putting the finishing touches to the songs that will feature on their debut release, titled [[My First EP]]. 	The first of the 6 songs on the band’s forthcoming release is [[A Beautiful Story]], currently a power play on several local radio stations. The song represents the very essence of what Cable 35 is about – it’s fast, it’s energetic and above all it’s fun! Add to this the ‘borrowed’ Ramones perspective and the picture is (almost) complete! The rest will be revealed later when the E.P. is reviewed and the band grilled for more information. Cable 35 will be launching My First E.P. at [[Poxx Bar]] on Friday 09 November. The band will be performing live with support from special guests BNI. Doors open at 2130hrs and entrance is LM 2. The EP will be available for sale on the night.
