The festival is organized by the Cultural Arts Association Mondo Di Luci with the artistic direction of President Maria Distefano. The festival will be held at the Teatro Comunale di Ragusa, a city in Sicily,very famous for the beautiful works of Baroque architecture, and will have competitors from different countries. The first three places of each age category will be awarded, there will also be special prizes awarded by the jury for the interpretation skills and for the original piece.
