He resided in Gżira, Malta until 1982, then migrated to Melbourne, Australia. He graduated with a Diploma in Business, majoring in Accounting, from Deakin University, Melbourne in 1990. Having practiced law for 12 years in Australia, he now works as a manager and IT consultant for a consulting firm in Melbourne.<br /> <br /> ==Community Involvement==<br /> Edwin’s involvement with the Maltese community in Melbourne goes back to 1999. He held the position of Vice President of the [[Maltese Community Council of Victoria]] from 1999 to 2002. Currently, he is the Public Relations Officer of the [[Maltese Community Council of Victoria]] and he has developed and is the web master of the MCCV website.
