Robert Carbonaro, Born at Ħamrun Malta on 21 June 1988. Former member of the duo Instincts, has launched his solo project under the name Thingybob. As part of this project, the singer-songwriter collaborates with various musicians to give an even deeper dimension to the music he composes.

Keeping true to his acoustic roots, Thingybob has released his first song, The Man I used to be featuring Keith Anthony from the band Fellowfish. I have always enjoyed working with Keith Anthony in the past so collaborating with him on my first project came natural, stated Robert. After months of preparation and hours recording in the studio, Thingybob has now been released to the world promising good, honest music. Are there plans for an EP in the near future? The plan is there but it has to start from somewhere. The rest will follow suit, shared the singer-songwriter.
